As a Mobile Support Specialist, you will assist French-speaking clients with their mobile device inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat for mobile device-related questions.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems associated with mobile applications, connectivity, and device settings.
-   Assist customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices and applications while offering tailored solutions based on their specific needs.
-   Document all support interactions and solutions meticulously in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
-   Coordinate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to enhancing support processes.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
-   Experience in mobile support or technical support is preferred.
-   Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills related to mobile devices.
