### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to their financial accounts, products, and services.
-   Provide support in resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services offered by the company.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately and update customer records as necessary.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

-   Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.
