In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure online environment by monitoring user interactions, enforcing community standards, and responding to safety concerns across digital platforms.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Analyze online content and user behavior to detect safety violations and potential threats.
-   Investigate reported safety issues and provide comprehensive feedback with actionable solutions.
-   Guide users on community guidelines, safety protocols, and reporting options to enhance user engagement and safety.
-   Work closely with product and technology teams to develop and implement effective safety features and improvements.
-   Research industry trends and emerging threats to stay current with online safety developments.
-   Generate detailed reports on safety incidents, outlining trends and strategic recommendations for prevention.
-   Conduct outreach and training initiatives to educate users on safe online practices and compliance with community standards.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
-   Prior experience in digital trust and safety, community management, or a similar analytical position is advantageous.
-   In-depth knowledge of online safety regulations, community guidelines, and industry best practices.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively and make informed decisions.
-   Excellent communication skills for engaging with users and providing clear guidance.
-   Experience with content moderation tools and data analysis platforms.
-   Proven ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and professionally.
