### Responsibilities

-   Act as the main contact for Danish-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
-   Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
-   Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to maintain accurate records for analysis.
-   Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to the customer experience.

-   Stay informed about product updates and company initiatives to provide informed support to customers.
-   Contribute positively to team initiatives, sharing insights and participating in projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   A background in customer service or related roles is highly preferred.
-   Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers effectively.
-   Problem-solving mindset focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous.
