### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and product information.
-   Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution to enhance client satisfaction.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and manage records effectively.
-   Collaborate with banking operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.
