As a remote support specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth customer experience by addressing inquiries and technical challenges efficiently.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality support to Finnish-speaking customers through remote communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
-   Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues related to software and hardware products.
-   Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear and effective solutions.
-   Document all support interactions accurately in the support management system, maintaining comprehensive records.
-   Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and effectively resolve complex issues.
-   Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and to assess satisfaction with the support provided.
-   Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable and effective support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
-   Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
-   Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities.
-   Familiarity with remote support tools and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
-   Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a remote environment.
