In this role, you will be instrumental in monitoring chat interactions, promoting respectful communication, and ensuring compliance with community standards.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Monitor in-game chat and player interactions to ensure adherence to community guidelines and safety protocols.
-   Engage actively with players to promote an inclusive and respectful community atmosphere.
-   Identify and address any instances of inappropriate behavior or content swiftly, escalating issues when required.
-   Provide support to players regarding chat moderation policies and guidelines.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions taken and report any significant incidents appropriately.
-   Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance the player experience and community engagement initiatives.
-   Participate in ongoing training sessions to remain current with moderation tools and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-   Prior experience in online moderation, community management, or similar roles is a plus.
-   Strong familiarity with gaming culture and community interactions.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and calmness in high-pressure situations.
-   Detail-oriented and responsible in managing online content.
-   Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
