### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional support to clients in Swedish and other languages via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries, product-related questions, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
-   Address customer complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
-   Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for reference and tracking.
-   Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-   Engage in continuous training to improve product knowledge and service delivery skills.
-   Contribute suggestions for improving service processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish and at least one additional language (English, Finnish, Danish, etc.), both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
-   Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to customer service.
-   Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
-   Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office tools.
