### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients and healthcare providers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, including dosage, usage, and safety information.
-   Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's product range and relevant industry regulations.
-   Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and ensure compliance with industry standards.
-   Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
-   Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and relevant regulations is an advantage.
