This role is crucial for assisting our French-speaking clients in navigating their B2B integration processes, enabling them to enhance their operational workflows through effective technology solutions.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Act as the primary liaison for French-speaking clients on B2B integration initiatives.
-   Assess client requirements and develop customized integration solutions tailored to their business objectives.
-   Work collaboratively with internal technical teams to implement seamless integration strategies.
-   Deliver training and ongoing support to clients during and after the integration process to ensure successful adoption.
-   Track integration performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-implementation.
-   Document integration processes, client interactions, and project milestones thoroughly.
-   Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance the quality of services provided.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
-   Experience in B2B integrations or a similar technical role is highly preferred.
-   Strong understanding of integration methodologies, software solutions, and APIs.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for managing multiple tasks effectively.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
-   Familiarity with relevant technologies in the B2B space is an advantage.
-   Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and strong organizational skills.
