This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in software implementation and a desire to help Spanish-speaking clients effectively integrate new technology into their operations.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Lead the implementation of software solutions for Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through each phase of the process.
-   Conduct needs assessments to tailor the software solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
-   Provide training and support to clients on software functionalities, ensuring they effectively utilize the system.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues efficiently.
-   Document all implementation processes and client interactions accurately for future reference in our CRM system.
-   Gather feedback from clients post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience.
-   Stay updated on software updates and industry trends to provide clients with the best possible service.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and oral, is essential.
-   Proven experience in software implementation or project management is highly desirable.
-   Strong technical skills and an understanding of software functionality.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
-   Ability to provide training and support in a clear and engaging manner.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
-   Experience using CRM software and managing client data.
