In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality consultancy to clients who speak Danish and English, helping them to optimize their operations through innovative digital solutions. ### Responsibilities

-   Provide tailored consultancy services to Danish-speaking clients, aligning solutions with their unique business needs.
-   Engage with clients in English to gather requirements and advise on suitable digital solutions.
-   Conduct training and product demonstrations to ensure clients are proficient in using provided tools and solutions.
-   Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement effective digital strategies.
-   Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients to foster loyalty.
-   Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to offer clients insightful advice and solutions.
-   Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues with their digital solutions.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Proven experience in a consulting or customer support role, ideally related to digital solutions.
-   Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and current industry practices.
-   Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Self-motivated with effective time management skills, especially in a remote or hybrid working environment.
-   Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
