-   Deliver real-time support to Spanish-speaking players through in-game chat, email, and community forums.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve various in-game issues, assisting players with technical problems related to gameplay, accounts, and performance.
-   Document and monitor player issues within the support ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
-   Effectively communicate with players to clarify game mechanics, features, and recent updates.
-   Collaborate with the game development team to relay player feedback and identify recurring issues.
-   Stay updated on the latest game developments, features, and industry trends to ensure informed support.
-   Contribute to optimizing support processes and enhancing player satisfaction initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
