### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality support to Swedish-speaking customers via various social media platforms, efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
-   Monitor social media channels to ensure prompt responses to comments, messages, and questions from customers.
-   Engage proactively with users to enhance their experience and build a loyal community around the brand.
-   Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with brand messaging and customer interests.
-   Analyze user feedback and interactions to identify trends, making recommendations for service improvements.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Experience in social media customer support or community management is preferred.
