This role is crucial in providing high-quality support to French-speaking users of our online platform, ensuring they have a positive and productive experience. ### Responsibilities

-   Assist French-speaking users through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they encounter with the platform.
-   Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve technical problems related to user accounts and platform functionalities.
-   Educate users on how to navigate the platform and effectively utilize its features for a better experience.
-   Document user interactions and solutions in our CRM system to ensure continuous service quality.
-   Collaborate with other teams to identify common challenges users face and recommend improvements to enhance the platform experience.
-   Stay updated on platform developments and new features to provide timely and accurate support.
-   Perform follow-ups with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the assistance received.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance, particularly in online environments.
-   Good understanding of online platforms and their functionalities.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Experience with CRM software and customer support systems is advantageous.
-   Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
