As an In-Game Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Italian-speaking players have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience by addressing their concerns and providing technical assistance.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide real-time support to Italian-speaking players via in-game chat, email, and community forums.
-   Troubleshoot in-game issues and assist players with technical queries related to gameplay, accounts, and performance.
-   Document and track player issues in the support ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
-   Communicate effectively with players to help them understand game mechanics, features, and updates.
-   Collaborate with the game development team to provide feedback on player experiences and recurring issues.
-   Stay informed about the latest game updates, features, and industry trends to enhance support delivery.
-   Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and player satisfaction initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
-   Prior experience in customer support, especially in the gaming industry, is preferred.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
-   An avid gamer with a deep understanding of gaming concepts and community dynamics.
-   Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate player needs.
-   Experience with ticketing systems and customer support tools is a plus.
