### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist healthcare professionals and clients with inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services.
-   Ensure accurate information is relayed regarding product availability, usage, and safety guidelines.
-   Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner to maintain client satisfaction.
-   Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the pharmaceuticals sector and stay updated on product offerings and regulations.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to process improvements.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of client issues.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
