### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding support to Finnish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

-   Troubleshoot customer concerns and deliver timely and efficient solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
-   Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
