This position, based in Athens, Greece, is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and the vibrant food and beverage sector.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and issues effectively.
-   Assist customers with product information, order placements, and any inquiries related to food and beverage offerings.
-   Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience and satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and to enhance service quality.
-   Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and promotions to assist customers accurately.
-   Accurately document all customer interactions and contribute to improvement initiatives for service processes.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, particularly in the Food & Beverage sector, is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
-   Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   A passion for food and beverage products and a desire to assist customers in enjoying them.
