This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food culture and enjoy assisting customers in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and services.
-   Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company policies to assist customers accurately.
-   Document all interactions with customers to provide insights for service improvement.
-   Promote the company’s values and create positive and lasting customer relationships.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
-   Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the Food & Beverage sector.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
-   Ability to manage complaints and provide effective solutions.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   Passion for the food and beverage industry and a desire to help customers find the best products for their needs.
