### Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality technical support to French-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
-   Guide customers on product features and best practices to maximize their usage.
-   Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to effective resolutions.
-   Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolution of their inquiries.
-   Stay updated on product advancements and industry developments to deliver informed support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
-   Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
-   Solid understanding of technical systems and strong troubleshooting skills.
-   Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
-   Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is a plus.
-   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
