## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a Finnish Speaking Customer Care Agent to enhance our dynamic team. If you have a passion for customer service and are fluent in Finnish, this role presents an exciting opportunity to assist and support our Finnish-speaking clients.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer care to Finnish-speaking clients across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
-   Document and manage customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
-   Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to deliver effective support.
-   Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.
-   Engage in ongoing training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and maintain satisfaction.
-   Proficient in using customer service tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
