### Responsibilities

-   Communicate with Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat to build and maintain positive relationships.
-   Address inquiries regarding products and services, providing tailored support to meet client needs.
-   Effectively manage and resolve client concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
-   Document all client interactions in the CRM system to enable thorough tracking and follow-up.
-   Work alongside team members to continuously enhance service delivery and client relationship practices.
-   Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on client understanding.
-   Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to effectively inform clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in client relations, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
-   Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer applications.
