As a Finnish Speaking End User Support Specialist, you will serve Finnish-speaking clients by troubleshooting their technical issues and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding support to end users in Finnish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network functionalities.
-   Educate users on efficiently utilizing various applications and systems.
-   Keep thorough records of support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
-   Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute suggestions for enhancing support processes.
-   Follow up with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and they are pleased with the support received.
-   Stay informed about new technologies and updates to improve service delivery.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish and English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Experience in an end user support role or customer service position is preferred.
-   Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to address technical challenges effectively.
-   Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to assist users.
-   Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
