### Responsibilities

-   Offer outstanding support to Finnish-speaking customers through various social media platforms, efficiently handling inquiries and resolving issues.
-   Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, ensuring prompt responses to comments, messages, and queries.
-   Engage proactively with users to build relationships and strengthen brand loyalty.
-   Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all communications.
-   Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends, and provide insights to improve service offerings.
-   Assist in creating engaging and culturally relevant social media content tailored to the Finnish audience.
-   Stay informed about social media best practices and industry trends to enhance support strategies.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in Finnish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Experience in social media support, community management, or customer service is preferred.
-   In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their user engagement dynamics.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
-   Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
-   Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
