As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will play a vital role in client support, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Manage incoming customer inquiries from French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
-   Troubleshoot basic technical problems and deliver effective solutions or escalate issues as needed.
-   Communicate clearly and accurately about our products, services, and company policies.
-   Document all customer interactions and resolutions meticulously within the support management system.
-   Assist customers in understanding product features and provide practical tips to enhance their experience.
-   Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
-   Stay updated on company offerings, industry developments, and service updates to provide informed support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
-   Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
-   Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-   Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
-   Detail-oriented and proficient at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
