### Responsibilities

-   Provide dedicated support to Finnish-speaking business clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist clients with inquiries about business services, account management, and other operational needs.
-   Resolve client issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction with our services.
-   Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for reference and quality assurance.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex business inquiries and enhance overall service delivery.

-   Engage in continuous training and development to enhance your skills and service effectiveness.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in a customer support role, preferably within a business or corporate setting.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client relationships.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications is advantageous.
