### Responsibilities

-   Monitor in-game chat and player interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety protocols.
-   Engage actively with players to promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
-   Identify and promptly address instances of inappropriate behavior or content, escalating issues as necessary.
-   Provide support to players regarding chat moderation policies and procedures.
-   Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and report any significant incidents effectively.
-   Collaborate with other teams to enhance player experience and community engagement initiatives.
-   Participate in continuous training to stay updated on moderation tools and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Experience in online moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of gaming culture and community dynamics.
-   Exceptional problem-solving skills and a calm approach to challenging situations.
-   Detail-oriented and accountable in managing online content.
