## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare or medical field, is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused attitude.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
