As a Travel Support Specialist, you will assist French-speaking clients in managing their travel inquiries and arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding support to French-speaking clients with their travel inquiries and bookings through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
-   Assist clients in modifying their travel plans, including changes to flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
-   Coordinate with travel partners, such as airlines and hotels, to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
-   Deliver accurate and timely information about travel policies, destinations, and available services.
-   Maintain organized records of client interactions in the CRM for continuous service improvement.
-   Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction in all interactions.
-   Stay informed about current trends in the travel industry to better assist clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service or the travel industry is strongly preferred.
-   Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
-   Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Knowledge of travel booking systems and CRM tools is an asset.
