In this pivotal role, you will work directly with Italian-speaking clients to facilitate seamless B2B integrations and enhance their operational efficiency. Your expertise will play a key role in helping businesses leverage technology for improved collaboration and performance.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding B2B integrations and technology solutions.
-   Analyze client requirements to design and implement effective integration strategies that meet their business needs.
-   Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of software applications between B2B partners.
-   Provide training and support to clients during and after the integration process, ensuring they maximize the use of the implemented solutions.
-   Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-implementation.
-   Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, project progress, and client interactions.
-   Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service offerings.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Previous experience in B2B integrations or related IT consultancy roles is highly desirable.
-   Strong understanding of integration tools, methodologies, and APIs.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring strong relationships with clients.
-   Knowledge of software solutions and technologies relevant to B2B environments.
