You will play a crucial role in assisting Swedish-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries and providing timely solutions.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer emails in Swedish, ensuring accurate and detailed answers regarding products and services.
-   Assist clients with order inquiries, account issues, and other general support needs.
-   Troubleshoot customer problems and deliver effective resolutions or escalate them as needed.
-   Document all customer interactions within the CRM system for future reference and tracking.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
