### Responsibilities

-   Assist French-speaking business clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Address client inquiries related to business services, account management, and operational support.

-   Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions in the CRM system for reference and quality assurance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
