### Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding support to French-speaking partners across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Address inquiries and efficiently resolve service-related issues for partners.
-   Educate partners on product features and offerings, helping them optimize their use of our services.
-   Accurately document partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and develop suitable solutions.
-   Engage in regular follow-ups with partners to ensure satisfaction and effective resolution of their concerns.
-   Keep informed about product updates, industry trends, and partner feedback to enhance our support services.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
-   Experience in partner support, customer service, or a related field is desirable.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of IT systems.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
-   Experience with CRM systems and support tools is advantageous.
