### Responsibilities

-   Monitor and assess online user interactions to identify potential safety risks and policy violations.
-   Conduct thorough analyses of reported incidents, providing recommendations for resolution and reporting findings to management.
-   Provide support and guidance to users on safety policies, reporting mechanisms, and best practice standards.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety measures and develop effective user protection strategies.
-   Stay informed on digital safety trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting online environments.
-   Prepare detailed reports and presentations on safety incidents and trends to inform strategic initiatives.
-   Participate in training and awareness campaigns to educate users about safe online practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related analytical role is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of online safety policies, regulations, and best practices.
-   Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess incidents critically.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support users.
-   Proficiency with digital moderation tools and data analysis software.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
