As a French Speaking End User Support Specialist, you will assist French-speaking clients by addressing their technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding support to end users in French through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Identify, diagnose, and resolve a variety of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network functionalities.
-   Provide training and guidance to users on effectively utilizing different applications and systems.
-   Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
-   Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute suggestions for improving support processes.
-   Follow up with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
-   Stay informed about new technologies and updates to continuously enhance service delivery.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English is required, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
-   Experience in end user support or a similar customer service role is preferred.
-   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve technical challenges effectively.
-   Excellent customer service orientation and a proactive approach to helping users.
-   Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
