### Responsibilities

-   Offer top-notch support to Swedish-speaking partners via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Handle partner inquiries and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
-   Inform partners about product features and provide guidance to enhance their overall experience.
-   Accurately document interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
-   Work closely with internal teams to report complex partner issues and devise effective solutions.
-   Engage in regular follow-ups with partners to ensure satisfaction and successful resolution of their concerns.
-   Remain up-to-date with product offerings, industry developments, and partner feedback to continually refine support services.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
-   Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and a good grasp of IT systems.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and building relationships.
-   Proficiency with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
-   Ability to excel in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
