### Responsibilities

-   Assist Finnish-speaking customers with inquiries related to fashion products, orders, and returns through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

-   Keep accurate records of customer interactions to facilitate follow-up and service enhancement.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
