We are seeking **enthusiastic, creative, and compassionate individuals** with ABA experience or **Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs/RBTs)** to provide **direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home settings**.

### What You’ll Do

-   Provide **1:1 direct behavioral therapy** in clinic and home settings
-   Collect and record **data on client progress**
-   Support **communication systems** such as AAC and PECS for non-verbal or emerging-verbal clients
-   Collaborate with the **clinical team** to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
-   Communicate effectively with **clients, families, and team members**
-   Respond to **challenging behaviors using supportive ABA strategies**
-   Participate in **team meetings and ongoing training**
-   Support **daily living skills**, including toileting, hygiene, and self-care routines using structured ABA strategies to promote independence

### Qualifications

-   Current **CBT or RBT certification**, or equivalent ABA experience
-   **High School Diploma or higher**
-   Experience working with **children** (professional or personal)
-   **Valid Washington State driver’s license** and reliable transportation
-   Ability to **lift and assist clients when needed**
-   Strong **written and verbal communication skills**
-   Excellent **interpersonal skills** and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
-   Availability to work **M–F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs schedules**
