### What Will You Do?

✨ **Provide Personalized Support:** Deliver one-on-one, developmentally tailored interventions, education, and coaching in home or community settings.  
✨ **Empower Families:** Implement family-centered, play-based programs designed to foster meaningful relationships and skill development.  
✨ **Help Children Thrive:** Assist children in achieving their IFSP goals through engaging learning experiences.  
✨ **Collaborate & Communicate:** Maintain clear, compassionate communication with team members and families.  
✨ **Travel & Grow:** Drive between sites, attend staff meetings, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills.

### Who Are We Looking For?

Are you passionate about helping children and their families? Do you have a zest for fun and play? If you have:

-   A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development, or related field, OR 2+ years of experience as an Early Interventionist
-   At least 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
-   **Availability Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:30PM**
-   A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
-   The ability to communicate effectively and work independently

**Bonus Points:** Experience working with children with autism, a willingness to obtain CPR & First Aid, and a positive, energetic attitude.
