### **Charter Sales Executive (Private Aviation, High-Ticket Sales) – Remote | EST Hours**

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote  
**Working Hours:** EST (with rotating on-call coverage)

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Charter Sales Executive** to manage and close **high-value private jet charter deals**.

This is a **relationship-driven, high-ticket sales role** — not transactional sales.

You will:

-   Handle inbound charter inquiries
-   Build relationships with high-net-worth clients
-   Create tailored flight solutions

### **What You’ll Own**

### **1\. High-Ticket Sales & Deal Conversion**

-   Manage inbound charter inquiries
-   Convert qualified leads into closed deals
-   Recommend tailored flight solutions based on client needs
-   Maximize revenue while maintaining premium service standards

### **2\. Client Relationship Management (White-Glove Experience)**

-   Build long-term relationships with high-value clients
-   Deliver a seamless experience from inquiry → booking → post-flight
-   Ensure repeat business through exceptional service

### **3\. End-to-End Client Experience**

-   Guide clients through:

-   Aircraft selection
-   Pricing
-   Logistics

-   Provide proactive updates and communication
-   Ensure a smooth, luxury-level experience at every touchpoint

### **4\. Communication & Coordination**

-   Communicate across:

-   Slack
-   WhatsApp
-   Email & phone

-   Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution

-   Maintain accurate records in:

-   Salesforce or similar

-   Track pipeline, deals, and client interactions
