### **Marketing Operations Associate (Salesforce, CRM, List Building – Remote, CST Hours)**

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Marketing Operations Associate** to strengthen **marketing systems, data accuracy, and campaign execution**.

This is an execution-focused role where you’ll manage **CRM data, build prospect lists, support campaigns, and improve marketing workflows**. You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing to ensure systems are clean, structured, and efficient.

### **Responsibilities**

### **CRM & Data Management**

-   Maintain **Salesforce CRM hygiene** and ensure high data accuracy
-   Manage database structure and segmentation readiness
-   Audit and clean marketing data to improve usability and performance

### **List Building & Prospecting**

-   Build and audit **prospect lists using ZoomInfo or similar tools**
-   Ensure lists are accurate, segmented, and campaign-ready
-   Support targeting and audience development for campaigns

### **Campaign Execution & Tracking**

-   Execute **mass email campaigns** in compliance with best practices
-   Build and maintain **campaign tracking frameworks**
-   Improve reporting visibility and performance tracking

### **Marketing Operations & Systems**

-   Document marketing processes and standardize workflows
-   Improve operational efficiency across marketing systems
-   Support execution across tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pardot

### **SEO & Website Support**

-   Conduct **website audits** and support SEO-driven updates
-   Maintain competitor tracking databases
-   Assist with content updates and optimization

### **Content & Execution Support**

-   Support light content execution (email drafts, publishing, templates in Canva)
-   Assist with campaign materials and content formatting

### **Requirements**

-   Hands-on experience with **Salesforce (CRM data management, segmentation, reporting)**
-   Experience with **marketing automation tools** (Pardot, Account Engagement, HubSpot, or similar)

-   Strong proficiency in **Google Sheets or Excel**
