### **Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn – Remote, U.S. Hours)**

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Performance Marketing Specialist** to plan, execute, and optimize **paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms**.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full funnel — from **campaign setup to optimization and scaling** — with a clear focus on **driving leads, sales, and ROI**.

### **Responsibilities**

### **Campaign Strategy & Execution**

-   Build and manage campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms**
-   Plan and execute campaigns for **lead generation, sales, and brand awareness**
-   Create and test **ad creatives, targeting, and messaging**
-   Collaborate with content and creative teams for consistent campaign execution

### **Optimization & Growth**

-   Monitor campaign performance daily and identify **optimization opportunities**
-   Run structured **A/B tests** across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
-   Optimize **budgets, bids, and targeting** to improve ROI and efficiency
-   Stay updated on platform changes and best practices

### **Analytics & Reporting**

-   Track key metrics: **CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate**
-   Use **Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platforms** for performance analysis

-   Use data to refine overall paid media strategy

### **Collaboration & Strategy Alignment**

### **Requirements**

-   3+ years of experience managing **paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)**

-   Experience with:
