**Workplace:** remote

**Department:** Candidate Sourcing

## Description

### **B2B Graphic Designer (Performance Ads – LinkedIn, Meta & Google) – Remote | EST**

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Independent Contractor
**Location:** Remote
**Working Hours:** U.S. Eastern Time (EST)

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a **B2B Graphic Designer** to create high-performing static advertising creatives for cold B2B audiences across **LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Display**.

This is not a brand-design-only role. Your work will be directly connected to **campaign performance, clicks, engagement, and conversions**.

You’ll take campaign messaging, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) insights, offers, and growth strategies and translate them into clear, compelling creatives designed to capture attention and drive action.

We’re looking for a designer who understands that successful performance creative combines **strong visual design, messaging hierarchy, buyer psychology, and continuous testing**.

If you design with performance in mind and enjoy using campaign data to make your next creative better than the last, this role is a strong fit.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Performance Ad Creative Design**

Create conversion-focused static advertising creatives for:

- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Display Network

You’ll:

- Translate campaign messaging into clear, scroll-stopping visuals.
- Design creatives specifically for cold B2B audiences.
- Develop multiple creative concepts and variations for testing.
- Experiment with different headlines, layouts, imagery, and CTAs.
- Adapt designs across platform-specific dimensions and placements.
- Maintain visual clarity across desktop and mobile environments.
- Ensure every creative communicates the core message quickly and effectively.

### **B2B Creative Strategy**

Turn campaign strategy and ICP insights into effective visual concepts.

You’ll consider:

- Target audience
- Buyer pain points
- Value propositions
- Funnel stage
- Campaign objective
- Offer positioning
- Messaging hierarchy
- CTA placement

Rather than simply receiving a brief and producing a graphic, you’ll contribute ideas about **how the message should be presented visually to maximize performance**.

### **Creative Testing & Iteration**

Support a structured creative testing process.

You’ll:

- Develop multiple variations of winning concepts.
- Create alternative headlines, layouts, CTAs, and visual approaches.
- Support A/B and multivariate creative testing.
- Review performance feedback from marketing teams.
- Identify patterns across winning and underperforming creatives.
- Iterate based on actual campaign results.
- Help establish repeatable creative frameworks based on what works.

The goal is not simply to produce more designs — it is to **continuously improve creative performance**.

### **LinkedIn, Meta & Google Creative Optimization**

Understand how creative requirements differ across advertising platforms.

Create platform-ready assets for:

**LinkedIn**

- Sponsored content
- Single-image ads
- B2B lead generation campaigns
- Thought-leadership and demand generation campaigns

- Lead generation creatives
- Retargeting campaigns
- Prospecting campaigns

**Google**

- Responsive Display campaigns
- Display banners
- Retargeting creatives
- Multiple required dimensions and formats

Ensure creative remains visually consistent while being optimized for each platform and placement.

### **Collaboration with Marketing & Growth Teams**

### **Scalable Creative Production**

Build systems that allow the team to produce and test creatives efficiently.

You’ll:

- Create reusable design templates.
- Build scalable creative systems.
- Maintain organized asset libraries.
- Develop repeatable campaign frameworks.
- Maintain consistent file naming and version control.
- Prepare final assets accurately for launch.

Use AI tools to accelerate creative ideation and production.

Tools may include:

- ChatGPT
- Other emerging AI design and creative tools

Use AI to support:

- Concept development
