### **Charter Sales Executive (Private Aviation Sales, Luxury Client Sales – Remote, EST Hours)**

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Charter Sales Executive** to manage **private jet charter inquiries and close high-value sales** in the private aviation space.

In this role, you’ll work with **high-net-worth clients**, craft tailored flight solutions, and deliver a **white-glove, luxury client experience** from inquiry to post-flight follow-up.

If you’re experienced in **high-ticket sales, relationship management, and client-facing roles**, this is a high-impact opportunity.

### **Responsibilities**

### **Sales & Deal Conversion**

-   Manage inbound charter inquiries and **convert leads into closed bookings**
-   Present **customized flight solutions** based on client needs
-   Guide clients through the **full booking process**

### **Client Relationship Management**

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with **high-value clients**
-   Deliver a **premium, concierge-level experience**
-   Drive **repeat business and long-term client retention**

### **Client Experience & Communication**

-   Provide seamless support from **initial inquiry to post-flight follow-up**
-   Communicate across:

-   **Phone**

### **CRM & Sales Operations**
