### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **B2B Graphic Designer** who knows how to design for **performance — not just aesthetics**.

This role is focused on creating **high-converting static ad creatives** for cold audiences across:

-   LinkedIn
-   Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
-   Google Display

You’ll take **messaging, ICP insights, and campaign strategy** — and turn them into creatives that **drive clicks, engagement, and conversions**.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **1\. Performance Ad Creative Design**

-   Design **high-converting B2B ad creatives** for:

-   LinkedIn Ads
-   Google Display Network
-   Meta Ads Manager

-   Translate messaging into **clear, scroll-stopping visuals**
-   Create multiple variations for:

-   Headlines
-   Layouts
-   CTAs

-   Design assets in multiple sizes/formats

### **2\. Creative Strategy & Testing**

-   Turn ICP insights into creative direction
