### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a creative and execution-focused **Animator / Motion Graphics Designer** to produce engaging visual content for brand campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and product storytelling.

This role is responsible for transforming creative ideas, scripts, and briefs into polished animations and motion graphics that strengthen brand presence and drive engagement across digital platforms.

You’ll work closely with creative, marketing, and video teams to produce compelling visual experiences through motion design, animation, typography, and storytelling.

This is more than a video editing role. We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for motion, pacing, and modern digital content who can combine creativity with technical execution while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Motion Graphics & Animation Production**

-   Create 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and branded content.
-   Develop animations for explainer videos, product demonstrations, social media campaigns, reels, and digital advertising assets.
-   Transform storyboards and creative concepts into engaging motion experiences.
-   Design transitions, visual effects, and animated sequences aligned with campaign objectives.
-   Deliver visually compelling, modern animations optimized for engagement across platforms.

### **Creative Collaboration & Brand Execution**

-   Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, marketers, and creative leads.
-   Ensure all motion assets align with brand guidelines and messaging.
-   Contribute creative concepts, animation styles, and storytelling ideas during campaign planning.
-   Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative quality and consistency.

### **Video Editing & Multimedia Integration**

-   Edit motion-based video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
-   Integrate music, voiceovers, sound effects, and audio into animated projects.
-   Combine footage, graphics, animation, and visual assets into polished deliverables.
-   Produce short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

### **Asset Management & Optimization**

-   Export assets optimized for web, social media, paid advertising, presentations, and broadcast.
-   Maintain organized project files, templates, plugins, and animation libraries.
-   Ensure assets remain scalable, editable, and reusable.
-   Optimize content for multiple aspect ratios and platform specifications.

### **Experience**

-   2+ years of professional experience in:

-   Motion Graphics
-   Animation
-   Multimedia Design

-   Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, branded content, or advertising work.

### **Technical Skills**

-   Advanced proficiency in:

-   Adobe After Effects
-   Adobe Premiere Pro
-   Adobe Illustrator
-   Adobe Photoshop

-   Strong understanding of:
