### **PPC Specialist (Google Ads & Performance Marketing) – Remote**

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a **PPC Specialist** to take ownership of paid media performance across a rapidly growing, multi-location home services organization.

This is not a campaign monitoring role.

You’ll be responsible for driving measurable business growth by improving lead generation, optimizing advertising spend, reducing acquisition costs, and identifying opportunities to scale campaigns across multiple markets.

You’ll manage **Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), landing page optimization, and Meta Ads** while working closely with marketing leadership to maximize return on advertising spend.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Google Ads & Paid Search Management**

-   Manage Google Ads MCC accounts across multiple markets and service areas.
-   Optimize Search campaigns for active service locations.
-   Manage:

-   Campaign budgets
-   Bidding strategies
-   Keyword research and expansion
-   Negative keywords
-   Audience targeting

-   Perform ongoing search term analysis to identify new opportunities and eliminate wasted spend.
-   Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimizations that improve lead quality and conversion volume.
-   Continuously test bidding strategies and campaign structures.
-   Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting.

### **Local Services Ads (LSA)**

-   Manage and optimize Local Services Ads across multiple markets.

-   Manage Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns.
-   Build and optimize:

### **Experience**

-   3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.

-   Multi-location or franchise advertising accounts

-   Experience managing large advertising budgets (**$200K+ monthly spend preferred**).
