### **Appointment Setter (Remote) – Sales Support | Meeting Booking | CRM & Scheduling**

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring an **Appointment Setter** to keep the sales pipeline full by booking **qualified meetings for the sales team**.

This is a **high-activity, execution-focused role** — your job is to connect with leads, confirm interest, and turn conversations into **scheduled calls**.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Lead Engagement & Outreach**

-   Call, email, and message prospects from:

-   Lead lists
-   Inbound inquiries

-   Confirm interest and qualify leads based on:

-   Role
-   Need
-   Budget alignment

-   Keep conversations professional, clear, and outcome-focused

### **Scheduling & Calendar Coordination**

-   Book meetings between prospects and sales reps
-   Use tools like:

-   Calendly
-   HubSpot Meetings
-   Google Calendar
-   Microsoft Outlook

-   Manage time zones accurately
-   Send confirmations, reminders, and reschedule when needed

### **CRM Management & Data Accuracy**

-   Maintain clean data in:

-   Log all activities, notes, and updates
-   Track appointment outcomes and lead status

### **Sales Team Collaboration**

-   Work closely with SDRs, BDRs, and Account Executives
-   Provide detailed handoffs with prospect context

-   Track:
