### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across multiple digital channels.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will directly impact:

You will manage campaigns across:

-   Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

### **Key Responsibilities**

### **Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution**

-   Build, launch, and manage campaigns across:

-   Google Ads
-   Meta Ads

-   TikTok, Reddit, X (Twitter)

-   Develop full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies.
-   Own campaign setup including:

-   Account structure
-   Audience targeting

-   Write and test high-converting ad copy and creatives.

### **Optimization & Scaling**

-   Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize proactively.
